Speech-Language Therapy predominantly involves speech; communication and eating difficulties.


SLTs provide a wide range of therapy such as:

  • Language and articulation therapy
  • Intensive Interaction
  • Makaton
  • PECs,
  • augmentative communication  involving both low tech and voice output communication aids.


Speech-Language Therapists also work closely with students who have swallowing difficulties, offering advice and problem solving in this area.
